Take a walk on the wild side.

Wild animals

I live in the countryside between a village and a town. So yes I do have the privilege of seeing wildlife.

One route which I walk (wheel) along fairly regularly is a pedestrian way between fields and the back of people’s gardens. As well as the usual garden birds, I also quite often see squirrels dashing about amongst the trees. Occasionally I am even lucky enough to see a deer or two.

In the past I have also spotted rabbits, hares, a fox, and even a barn owl whilst out enjoying the local countryside.

In the garden I have had Robins, blackbirds, starlings, magpies, blue tits, thrushes, crows, and more all visiting at various times throughout the year.

My favourites of all these are the Robins, blue tits and the deer.
