Ah, the International Day of Happiness – a chance to celebrate all that is good and well in the world, and to spread joy like confetti. This annual occasion sends a message loud and clear: happiness matters, darn it! From enjoying a hearty chuckle with friends to taking time for self-care, there’s no shortage of ways to get your happiness fix today. So why not embrace this day with gusto? Start by wiggling your toes (seriously, it works!), inhale some fresh air, or even treat yourself to some delicious chocolate (hey, we won’t judge). Whatever you choose to do, just remember one thing: today is all about finding what makes your heart sing and doing more of it. Because when it comes down to it, happiness truly is contagious – so go forth and spread some of that glorious cheer!

I really am a huge animal lover, but dogs have to be my all time favourite animal.
They are so loyal, understanding, patient and caring. Given the time and care they truly deserve, they’ll pay that back 1000’s of times more over their lifetime.
I don’t believe there is such a thing as a bad dog. A traumatised one, a scared dog, an under exercised and under stimulated dog, and definitely confused ones. But not a dog that’s bad from birth.
It is our responsibility and commitment to care for and look after them, and we need to do the best we can by them. Ensuring they feel safe, loved, secure, comfortable, and healthy.
I am going to have to be patient as the book I want to read won’t be released until July this year.
This book is written by someone I knew, but haven’t seen for years. It will I think be very interesting.

Happiness truly is contagious, and I personally am most happy when I am with others who are happy,
A simple but genuine smile can spread like wildfire if you care to share it with another person, and they then pass it on to others whilst out, and those people then each smile at someone else.
So when you are out and about, or at home, or visiting someone, just pass on that most simple and free of gifts.
