Too many bags!?

Well, my dear, I hate to break it to you but you are definitely not alone in the “collection of bags for life” club. In fact, some might argue that it’s practically a rite of passage nowadays. We’ve all been there- scouring the supermarket aisles for the sturdiest and most stylish bag-for-life to add to our ever-growing collection. And who can blame us? Not only are they durable and eco-friendly, but they also make carrying groceries a whole lot easier (trust me on this one). So fear not my friend, proudly tote your plethora of reusable shopping bags with pride- after all, nothing says “adulting” quite like having a designated bag for each day of the week.

Pret A Manger

So,it sounds as if Pret A Manger are going to stop doing smoothies, frappes and milkshakes.

Apparently this is related to the cost in produce, and time required in making them. They’ll concentrate on iced drinks instead.

I love a good milkshake, but have to admit I’m not a smoothie fan, nor do I drink coffee at all.

Two glaases of milkshake in a metal holder, one looks like vanilla flavour, and the other is probably raspberry.

Rubbish bargain.

Today I popped into Wilkos, and spotted some recycling bins for sale. They seemed to sell them in black or green.

I quickly realised that the green bins were greatly reduced in price, in fact I managed to purchase two, at the cost of £3. These bins are 45L bins so will hold a fair amount.

One will go in the kitchen, and the other under my craft desk.

Here’s a link to the Black version, I’m not sure if the green ones are available online, but you can have a look.

I love going to my local Wilko’s store, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the store is accessible, and it is even dog friendly too.
